Parts/parts shipping will be paid by the client unless otherwise discussed.

All aspects of repair, including scope and parts cost, will be discussed with the client prior to completion.

Repairs are performed at our business location.

Items can be dropped off and picked up at our location at no cost.

Pickup/delivery for local repairs can be negotiated.

Mail-in options can be discussed as needed.
